According to the docs, Brent and Erin will share joint custody of their two minor children. As for holidays and other important annual events, the couple will alternate custody every year.

The docs show Brent and Erin signed a prenup before they tied the knot -- which will determine how they will divide their property. The terms of the prenup are confidential.

Dr. Conrad Murray: Going to Trial

He just finished up his six-day preliminary hearing and Dr. Conrad Murray has been ordered to go to trial for the death of Michael Jackson.
According to a report, Murray’s fate was sealed by two doctors who testified that he provided “negligent, sub-standard” medical care to the late King of Pop.
On the other side of the coin, Conrad’s attorneys maintain that the prosecution doesn’t have sufficient evidence that Murray caused Jackson’s death.

Until Dr. Murray’s trial is over, his medical license has been suspended in the State of California.

Zsa Zsa Gabor -- Touched by Televangelist Benny Hinn

Zsa Zsa Gabor will get a laying on of hands from world famous televangelist Benny Hinn today ... before her upcoming "risky" surgery to remove a blood clot from her leg.   



TMZ has learned Hinn – best known for his TV show “This is Your Day” – flew in from London yesterday and plans to go with Zsa Zsa's hubby Prince Frederic von Anhalt to UCLA Medical Center later today.

As we previously reported, Prince gave the ok for the operation ... despite doctors saying it is “very risky.”

Sources tell us Benny plans to hold a prayer circle with Prince and Zsa Zsa that could last well into the night.
