Kim Kardashian turns 30 years old on October 21. But, kome on, kan't you offer up this birthday gal a few early wishes?
The woman who has made a career out of getting naked and attending parties will double up on the latter this weekend. In anticipation of the next big day next week, Kim will celebrate tonight at Tao Las Vegas.
Along with family members, close friends Lala Vasquez and Brittny Gastineau will attend the event - which will be streamed live by E! News. We're not kidding.

Then, tomorrow night, Kardashian flies to her new home back east and will party it up with Ciara at Tao New York, which is celebrating its 10-year anniversary.

Go ahead and wish her a happy birthday now, folks. Or continually bang your ahead against the wall over this being considered news. Either reaction would be understandable.

Lindsay Lohan to Ankle Monitor: Scram, Loser!!!

Lindsay Lohan and her ankle monitor have become extremely close lately, but this is one confidant the actress is looking to cut loose as soon as possible.
Funny, it's the only one she has that's not an enabler.
The booze detector permanently fixed to her ankle is the subject of much irritation for LiLo, who's living clean and sober at the Betty Ford clinic.

FREE LINDSAY: Come on. That left ankle needs to breathe.

"Lindsay wants her ankle monitor device off - now," a source close to her. "She's been pleading with her lawyer, counselors, anyone who will listen to her."
She's probably just bitter because of the time she tried to tamper with it and it bitched to the authorities. Or just "because it's very uncomfortable."
Lohan, who spent just 13 days of a 90-day jail term in July for violating probation, was sent back after failing court-ordered drug test for cocaine.
An appeals court reversed Judge Elden Fox's decision, however, provided the train wreck be outfitted with a SCRAM bracelet again. Which she was.
But now that she's in rehab, there's nothing to worry about - save for Michael Lohan falling off the wagon on purpose to join her - so why wear it?
"Lindsay doesn't understand why she has to wear the SCRAM, as she voluntarily checked in and she is tested for drugs at Betty Ford," a source said.
Looks like she's SOL for at least a week, though, and not because of the (bogus) report that she tried to break out of rehab. The reason is simple:

Chelsea Handler And Nick Cannon Start World War III Over Twitter.........

It was comedian vs comedian, or at least comedian vs. Nick Cannon, after Chelsea Handler ripped on Nick Cannon’s comedy tour via Twitter last night. “I just heard nick cannon is starting a comedy tour. Who’s going to do the comedy?”, Handler tweeted, apparently forgetting that everyone and their mother has a Twitter, including Mariah Carey’s better half. Cannon quickly replied to Chelsea that, “I actaully used to have respect for you as a comic. But for one artist to diss another in the same art form. #Tasteless”. Hard to believe, but that nasty little exchange is down-right classy compared to what comes next. Chelsea proceeded to whip out the coup de grace of poorly thought out Twitter replies, by tweeting a picture of a grape soda at Nick, which, real talk, is the Twitter version of invading Poland, escalation-wise. Cannon preceded showed of his comic stylings by riffing on Chelsea hard-core, some of his choicest tweets including:

Oh and Snap! Man, getting hit with a bag of nickels would hurt already, right? But then if they were hot? And it was your face? Nick gets points for creativity if nothing else. Both Handler and Cannon are now dealing with each other’s enraged fans, and probably will be for weeks. The thing is, neither Chelsea nor Nick is a stranger to public brawls, as Perez Hilton and Eminem (and probably dozens of other people) can attest. So you think they would know better, right? Ah, forget it, guys; it’s Twitter Town. 

Helen Mirren stole Russell Brand's briefs!

Things appear to have been quite a lot of, erm, fun on the set of the upcoming remake of Dudley Moore's box office smash, Arthur. For starters, Russell Brand posted the pic above to his twitter account. Is that 65-year-old Oscar winner, Dame Helen Mirren, reaching into a bubble bath full of suds and a semi-naked Russell Brand? Why, yes it is.

Thankfully, he had the decency to wear a pair of pants for the shot. Although they do look remarkably like a pair of speedos to our well-trained eyes. Hmmm The jury is out on that one for now. Nevertheless, it seems that the highjinks actually went a step further, according to Dame Helen. Speaking to Scottish tabloid The Daily Record, she admitted to actually having stolen a pair of Russell's y-fronts and, worse still, that she actually puts them on from time to time!

"I told him: 'They'll be my little memento for working with you', I put them on occassionally," she said, before coming clean that her procurement of Brand's grotty bags was in revenge for the comedian fiddling with her bra on set, whilst they were filming for Arthur. Far too much information there, Dame Helen... far, far too much information!

Mel B to star in "I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here!"?

X Factor may have only just kicked off their Saturday night live shows, but ITV bosses are already plotting the line-up for the channel's next big smash reality TV series, I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here!

This year, 35-year-old singer Mel B could well be heading to the jungle. ITV head honchos have been after the Spice Girls star for several years, but up until now she's always knocked them back. However, whilst she's here in the UK promoting her own reality TV show It's A Scary World, it seems that she is once again being tapped up for a role on the hit programme, and that things could be different this time around.

A source claims that, "Mel B will make explosive television. She's got a gob on her and she speaks her mind. She is quite a force to be reckoned with, so heaven help the celebs - and the wildlife!"

Other stars rumoured to be appearing in the show this year? Unsurprisingly, Jedward - who have reportedly accepted the lowest fee ever (supposedly £10,000 each) - and The Chuckle Brothers, who would no doubt be an endless source of 'To me... To you!' gags. Brilliant. Ahem.

Bonkers Lindsay Lohan rehab update Number #2347... Last night we brought you the rumour (via Kickster.com) that Lindsay Lohan's mother, Dina Lohan, may be attempting to tout pics of her own daughter in rehab to various media outlets in the US - in a bid, not only to make some cash, but also to further the chances of securing a reality TV show. A reality TV following Lindsay Lohan in rehab.

Now that tale may, or may not be true depending on how reliable Kickster.com's sources are. But now Lindsay Lohan's estranged dad appears to be keen to get in on the act too, threatening to start drinking again in a bid to be near his daughter. Wait. What?!

Yes, seriously. Michael Lohan is reportedly letting everyone know that he's willing to fall off the wagon again himself, so that he can check into the same Betty Ford rehab clinic as Lindsay, if she continues to refuse to see him...

Up until now 24-year-old Lindsay has, according to TMZ.com, refused to see her father every time he has attempted to visit her in rehab. According to the website Michael is preparing to turn up at the rehab centre and demand admission. He is even willing to stage his own arrest to show everyone how much he cares about his daughter. If Lindsay refuses to see him one more time then, like Schwarzenegger, he'll be back - only very, very drunk.

Not Brian Van Holt, with whom she was rumored to be having an affair. But... someone else, sources tell Radar Online.

Facebook To Help Fight Anti-Gay Bullying

This is a great step in the right direction! We're so happy to hear this.
GLAAD and Facebook have joined forces in an effort to decrease hate and anti-gay bullying on the Internet.
Today, Facebook announced that they will be seriously stepping up their game when it comes to responding to hateful speech, which violates their terms of service and needs to be removed.
Public Policy Communications Manager for Facebook, Andrew Noyes, sent out an email today, explaining how they plan to "…work closely with GLAAD and other LGBT organizations in the near future."
We couldn't be more pleased to hear that Facebook is on board. This is really important, and we're glad that efforts are being made to counter anti-gay bullying over the Internet.

Minnie Driver Confronts Childhood Bully

See?! It gets sooo much better that in time, you might find yourself telling off the person who once made you feel so bad about yourself in school! All in due time!
Minnie Driver is a stunning woman and an incredible actress, but even she at one point of her life was pushed around by someone. The actress was on Ellen DeGeneres' show yesterday and she shared her own story of overcoming bullying as a pre-teen. She explained:

"I remember this new girl arrived when I was like nine years old, and I was completely happy at my school, very confident, and, for whatever reason, she decided that she needed to take me down, and for the next five years, just every single day repeatedly, it was just abusive and frightening. It wasn't until I finally realized that I could fight back and I literally smacked her, it never happened again."

Well, we can't say we condone the violence part, but courage to stand up for yourself is still commendable
She then told Ellen that years later, she was able to confront the girl who tormeneted her in her youth at a party and what she learned from her was rather surprising. She reveals:

"She was there with her husband and her kids and I got the same kind of chilled fear in my stomach when I saw her… and after a couple of drinks I went over to her and I was like, 'Can I just ask you, you remember everything that went on, right…? The systematic and repeated bullying that you inflicted on me.' Her face went white and she looked like she was going to throw up or burst into tears, and I said, 'Why did you do it?' She said, 'It was my identity… I was frightened of who you were - creative and loud and sort of gregarious - and my identity became stopping that and shutting that down in you because it was shut down in me.' That minute, I realized that she was, in a way, as damaged by what she'd done as I had felt damaged myself. It was an interesting and good moment, but I don't think everybody has that opportunity to face their aggressor later on."

No, they surely don't. We think if they did, they would encounter the same kind of thing you did - an adult who regrets their childhood immaturities and decisions.
We should always try and see the good in people, no matter who they are. You never know who they might turn out to be!

Currently enjoying a little career downtime after opting out/being fired from the "Transformers" series, Megan Fox was spotted out for a little retail therapy in West Hollywood, CA on Thursday (October 14).
Rocking some cute athletic gear and toting a Hudson satchel, the "Jennifer's Body" babe was joined by a purple shirt clad male pal while popping into a few local boutiques to get her shop on.

 

The sighting comes just days after the release of Megan's not-so-popular western action flick "Jonah Hex" hit store shelves on DVD.
