Wesley Snipes: Finally Headed to Jail

He may have proven that white men can't jump, but Wesley Snipes has also made it clear that felons can't avoid jail time.
The actor - who was convicted of tax evasion in 2008, but spent years going to extreme lengths to avoid his sentence - had his latest appeal rejected by a federal judge this week.
Told he “had a fair trial” and that “the time has come for the judgment to be enforced,” Snipes will finally be heading to the clink.

“Wesley is very disappointed but staying strong and positive,” his lawyer told The Orlando Sentinel.
It’s unclear when or where Snipes will start serving the sentence. So much for always betting on black, though.
UPDATE: A judge has ordered Snipes to start serving this sentence by December 9.

Michael Brea Suspected of Decapitating Mother with a Samurai Sword

This is as bizarre and as heinous a story as we could possibly imagine.
Michael Brea, a small-time actor who once appeared on Ugly Betty, has been taken into custody for allegedly chopping off the head of his mother with a samurai sword.

According to police reports, cops arrived to an "extremely bloody" scene at Brea's Brooklyn home around 2:20 this morning and found the actor holding a bible. They had to subdue him via taser.

A neighbor recounted events, as he/she heard them, to WPIX 11: "I hear [Brea] chasing [his mother] through the house and he's just saying a bunch of [Bible] passages like, 'Repent, Repent, Repent.' I heard him chasing her through the house and I heard a loud scream and so I have my father call the cops."

The victim was found with her head sliced off. At the moment, Brea is undergoing a psychiatric evaluation and then will be handed over to the NYPD.

Antoine Walker Sued For Ganking Fiancee

Former NBA star Antoine Walker is being sued a guy for $5 million.
The charge? That 'Toine stole his fiancee! He's accused of putting the moves on an engaged woman a few months ago, then laughing when dumped him.
Kevin Jenkins says he actually caught his fiancee having "an intimate moment" with Walker back in October and decided he would approach the pair.

That suit and ring have likely been repossessed.

At that point, "Mr. Walker taunted and laughed at Jenkins with the intent of causing him emotional distress." Jenkins says he became suicidal as a result.
Now, he wants Antoine to cough up that sum. Good luck with that, given Walker's very serious financial problems. Dude blew like $100 million bucks!
Oddly enough, Walker himself was engaged to Evelyn Lozada (above) before he went broke and she glommed on to Chad Ochocino instead. Go figure.

Ashton Kutcher Threatens Legal Action Over Brittney Jones Sex Tape

Let's get one thing straight: Ashton Kutcher does NOT co-star in Brittney Jones Confidential, the sex tape his alleged mistress is set to release on December 14.
But that doesn't mean the actor is happy with the existence of the video, especially because Vivid Entertainment is referencing Kutcher and Jones' allegation in its marketing of the amateur adult movie.

Don't worry, Ashton. Brittney's film can't make you look any worse than Killers did.

In a Vivid press releasing touting the sex tape, the company writes "Ashton's fans will undoubtedly enjoy seeing what the star himself may have experienced."
Hilarious? Yes. Illegal because it uses the star's name to sell the porn? Probably, argues Kutcher's legal team.
In a letter sent to Vivid, Ashton's lawyers claim those behind the release are infringing on the actor's "marketable celebrity identity value." We're pretty sure he killed that himself with Killers, though.
These attorneys are threatening to take action unless Vivid stops using their client's name in association with Brittney Jones.

German Hackers Accused of Stealing Ke$ha Nude Photos, Pre-Released Singles

This is a sobering thought for many: there are allegedly photos of Ke$ha nude floating around the Internet.
According to The Associated Press, two German hackers have been nabbed trying to sell unreleased tracks of various artists, while officials say the suspects are also accused of blackmail attempts against Ke$ha, threatening to release compromising photos of that singer unless she helped to promote one of them, an aspiring DJ.

Ke$ha is a master of various looks. One of them, reportedly, doesn't involve any clothing.

Duisburg chief prosecutor Rolf Haferkamp says two men used malicious software to break into computers containing music and personal information for dozens of recording artists, including such stars as Ke$ha, Lady Gaga and Justin Timberlake.

Police were tipped off to this scheme by followers of Kelly Clarkson, who reported they were contacted via fan websites and offered the chance to purchase new, unreleased material by the former American Idol.

"The investigation could result in charges relating to commercial copyright violations, which carry a penalty of up to five years in jail," Haferkamp said to German news agency Deutsche Welle.

One of the alleged suspects is 18 and the other is 23. Both live with their parents and both have admitted to at least a couple charges.

We all know Danielle Staub is an expert at getting naked. But telling the truth? That's another story.
Following a successful defamation of character lawsuit against this reality star - in which Staub settled the day before she was scheduled to be deposed - Kevin Maher is at it again.
The ex-husband of this former drug-dealing call girl has filed a lawsuit against publishing company Simon & Schuster, claiming it knowingly published false information about him in Staub's new memoir "The Naked Truth."

In documents filed last week, Maher states Simon & Schuster, "failed to use reasonable care to determine the truth or falsity" of allegations Staub brings against him in the book.
Notably, he takes issue with Staub's assertion that Maher beat her so badly, she had to be hospitalized for a concussion and "assorted contusions." Maher tells TMZ he's asking for $10 million in damages.
We're asking both of these people to go away forever, but we're unlikely to get our wish.

Gloria Allred Condemns Khloe Kardashian for Rape Comment

It's a rare day when THG sides with Gloria Allred.
But it's also a rare day when a celebrity compares being screened at the airport with being raped.
That's exactly what Khloe Kardashian did on Lopez Tonight, however, prompting the following response from the attention-loving lawyer:

“Rape is a crime of violence. I believe that the word should not be used loosely to describe security measures at airports or at any other place.
"I think that many victims of sexual assault who have been the true victims of men who committed that violent crime against them and who have been forced to suffer the physical and emotional harm that results from that crime would be insulted that the term would be used in the way that Ms. Kardashian used it."
