Big Boss 3 in trouble........???

The third season of the television reality show Bigg Boss 3, hosted by Bollywood Actor Amitabh Bachchan Colors Tv channel, has currently landed up in trouble with the Information and Broadcasting Ministry on October 26, 2009 (Monday) sending a legal notice to the Colors Tv channel for “offending good taste” and for having used of vulgar language.
The Entertainment channel has been warned while at the same time being asked to show cause for its actions within forthcoming five days, failing which the channel will be forcibly taken off the air.
“Itss been brought to the notice of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting that certain parts of the reality show Bigg Boss 3 telecast and re-telecast on Colors channel offend against good taste and decency and are not suitable for unrestricted public exhibition,” says the notice issued to the Tv Channel.
The notice explains that the language used by some participants especially Actor Director Kamal R Khan is abusive and the show contains visuals which appear to be obscene and violative of the government’s programme code.
It also points out that recently in one of the visuals, one participant has been shown pulling down the shorts of another participant. “This has offended the sensibilities of many viewers,” says the notice.
The ministry has asked Colors not to carry content on the show that “constitutes a violation of the programme code as enshrined in the Cable TV Networks (Regulation) Act 1995,” failing which it will be taken off the air.
Recently, one of the participants in the show, actor-director Kamal R. Khan, was thrown out for violent behaviour.
The reality show is based on the international show Big Brother in which 13 celebrities are locked in a house for 84 days and monitored round-the-clock by 40 cameras.

Is Jeremy Renner taking over mission: Impossible Franchise for Tom Cruise?

We still think that this new one sounds like a horribly-titled disaster, but at least it will pave the way for fresh blood to take over!
Jeremy Renner recently opened up about his new movie, Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol, and revealed that his character, Brandt, is potentially set to take over the franchise in lieu of Tom Cruise's Ethan Hunt!
He explains:

"It's a franchise to potentially take over. I can't predict the future and what they want, but that's certainly the idea. I can't really go into the details of the script, because that's still evolving. It's Tom's baby. He's the engine behind the thing. What happens after that, we'll see."

So does "still evolving" mean that it's still being written, depending on what Tommy wants to happen?
Oh, boy. Somebody take this movie out back and shoot it before it's dead on arrival!
This thing could be such a disaster that there won't be a sequel for Renner to headline!

Bollywood Actress Katrina Kaif, whose sizzling chemistry with co-star Akshay Kumar in Farah Khan’s latest offering ‘Tees Maar Khan’ has grabbed eyeballs, says it comes from years of working together and nothing else.

Jessica Simpson is trying something new this Thanksgiving — Tofu Turkey.
Her fiancé Eric Johnson is an extremely healthy eater.
"After getting out of the NFL, [Eric] went to this healer and is very healthy," Simpson, 30, told Jimmy Fallon. "For Thanksgiving we have to make a Tofurkey! It doesn't sound right! It's gonna be jiggly and weird."
Simpson admits that her and Eric come from starkly different backgrounds.

A unit hand informs us that though Shahid Kapur and Priyanka Chopra have great on-screen chemistry, Priyanka wasn’t happy when director Vishal Bhardwaj informed her about the kissing scene. But since that scene forms an important part of the film, director Bhardwaj got Priyanka’s nod.
It can be recalled that Priyanka refused to kiss beau Harman in his debut movie ‘Love Story 2050’. Later, her kissing scene with Arjan Bajwa for Madhur Bhandarkar’s ‘Fashion’ got Harman furious. A leading distributor says, “Shah Rukh rocks. He is still one of the top three stars in this country. His film guarantees good returns. Yes, Reliance Big Pictures has bought Don 2 for an amount which is definitely more than Rs 100 crore. But I think that Shah Rukh’s deal with Eros International on Ra.One could be a funding proposal, which implies that Shah Rukh can still sell the film to other buyers.”

Former Bad Girls Club castmember Catya Washington is in big trouble following her November arrest for gun and drug posession charges, and has been stuck behind bars since that day because she could not afford her $500,000 bail!
However, she has since managed to come up with the funds and was released yesterday, but now she's already chosen to waive her right to a preliminary hearing, and will be due in court on December 13th.
On top of THAT, she has ANOTHER preliminary hearing that she plans to attend scheduled the following day, December 14th, regarding previous offenses that include charges of aggravated assault, robbery, conspiracy, theft and related counts!
And if that's not enough, she is expected in community court in April for a summary trial related to a fighting charge she received in July!
ClASSy with a capital C, indeed!
We imagine that we won't be seeing that one on any more reality TV for quiiite some time!

NYPD wants you too, Charlie!

We previously reported that New York City detectives were looking to question Denise Richards about the events that occurred at The Plaza Hotel last month, but authorities have contacted Charlie Sheen's rep to interview him as well.
Charlie's lawyer, Yale Galanter, will not say whether Charlie is available to be interviewed. All he said that that detectives reached out to the TV star's manager, Mark Burg.
Galanter will be speaking with authories again after Thanksgiving and will then determine whether he, Charlie, or both will fly to NYC for an interview.
